D-Patrick went above and beyond from the beginning to the end!! Can not recommend them more! Jacob is a 5-Star service manager and did an excellent job keeping us in the loop and ensuring our car was ready when promised! Our 2020 GLC went in with a "known issue" with a cylinder head and this dealership took excellent care of us. Mercedes Benz USA ... not so much! We were 3k out of warranty and Mercedes USA made us pay for the repair on this "known issue"! $9500 original estimate for repair! srx
